  • Weekly text to wrap up the week to check in on: how the week wrapped up, if your ready for the following week & any questions you may now have.

  • 24:7 support to ask questions on: workouts, lifestyle & nutrition.

payment options

  • Months = 4 weeks total. A 3 month program therefore = 12 weeks.

  • Programs are a minimum of 3 months and a maximum to 12 months.

  • You can pay monthly or contact me for a custom payment plan.

  • You can pay 1x per month to spread out cost. Monthly payment is due monthly on the date you begin. I will reach out with link to make payment.

  • 2 week grace period is given if need to pause or redo a week due to life happening.
