“ALRIGHT EVERYONE! I have ALWAYS hated my body ever since I gained 40 pounds from college/ bad habits and beer. 3 months ago I met a lady named Cortney McCormick. I was crazy intimidated when I went to the gym. I didn’t know ANYTHING about the machines. I wasn’t quite sure how to work out. I didn’t know many workouts (still working on that and trying new things) but here is what I did!

I met cort at the gym 3 days a week, she helped me, she designed the work out, printed it off, told me how to do cardio! On top of that she told me how to eat, what supplements to take, and how to take care of myself and find happiness in being healthy.

This woman CHANGED my damn life! I did this for a month going to the gym with her, THEN I started going on my own and she emailed me my work outs! 🙈
