Monthly Members Only, Workout & Nutrition Plan

Subscribe to Project You to begin receiving monthly workouts & a nutrition plan that aims towards toning up & burning fat every single week.

This is a hands on program that I am there every step to work with you on workouts, nutrition & lifestyle to not just set you up for short-term results, but life long.

Upon joining you will receive either the beginner 4 week workout guide or dive right into the advanced level (you select during registration). You will also receive your first week of the meal plan.

Referral Program: for every reference sign up you give you will receive a month free of the subscription. They will list your name in their registration & I will manually apply for you.

 

 

When you join Project You, you are immediately sent your first week of workouts (advanced or beginner selected at registration). The workouts can be home or gym & have a focus of toning up/gaining strength. They advance every week, with me along with you to check in & push you forward in your journey.

Upon signing up you will also receive your first week of your meal plan, along with the recipes, substitutes & the grocery list. Every week the meal plan changes up to give you a fresh new plan that is easy to follow and focuses on balance over depriving.

Included with workout program:

- Access to new workouts every week sent to you via email. You select to be receiving Home (20-30 minutes) or Gym (45 minute - 1 hour) programs. (this can be changed at any time to fit with your setting)

- Workouts are 4 days per week.

- Written descriptions & photo demonstration provided.

- Modifications listed for all exercises to fit all levels.

- For home workouts: must have dumbbells & loop bands.

- For gym workouts: must have basic gym equipment.

- Check-ins done 2x per week (mandatory to complete):

> Wednesday via text, email, or social (you choose).

> Sunday via the Slack App (free). This is done with the community as quick how did your week go, are you prepped for next week.

- Community chat via the Slack App (free) to check in with other participants & provide motivation to one another.

- New Stretching routine sent weekly for off days or post-workouts.

to do on Your End:

- Weekly Check Ins: You must reply to each check in via the contact method chosen by the end of each week. You must also reply on Sunday to the wrap up of the week check in via Slack (free) App.

- Daily Check ins: You must post on the slack app when a workout is complete so we can do this TOGETHER and all hold each other accountable. This is a simple “done”, or you can add something fun to it!

- Not mandatory, but highly requested: posting in the Slack App when you have motivation to share, a personal win, or to ask questions to me or another participant. The more you participate

- Submit progress photos & measurements before beginning Week 1, and then every 4 weeks following via email.

Included with Nutrition program:

- A fully laid out meal plan with all meals & snacks laid out with portions listed every week

- New, simple recipes weekly

- Substitutes written in to fit majority of tastes

- Grocery list provided weekly

- Check-ins done 2x per week (mandatory to complete):

> Wednesday via text, email, or social (you choose).

> Sunday via the Slack App (free). This is done with the community as quick how did your week go, are you prepped for next week.

- Community chat via the Slack App (free) to check in with other participants & provide motivation to one another.
