Thank you for signing up for the Personalized Workout Program! Once registered I will be text you to schedule a call to cover specifics in your program. You will also receive a contract to cover refund policy, cancellations, payments, etc. Your first week of your program will be sent to you within 1-2 business days. Weekly check-ins are every Wednesday/Thursday to check on your progress. The following week’s workouts are based off of your feedback and progress. Therefore, the following week will not be sent till we have communicated via check-in. This is done via email. This is also how you can reach me for 24/7 support.
Progress photos and measurements are requested. These will not be used unless given permission. Photos and measurements must be submitted before starting the program and on your last day of the program.

CHEST - DIRECTLY UNDER ARM PITS
RIGHT ARM - BICEP
LEFT ARM - BICEP
WAIST - ABOVE BELLY BUTTON
HIPS - ABOVE GLUTES
RIGHT THIGH - UPPER
LEFT THIGH - UPPER
